Landen Chiropractic is the first clinic in Northwest Nebraska to provide access to Cold Laser Therapy. This revolutionary new treatment utilizes photons of light to augment the body's natural healing abilities. The laser is different from what most of us picture as a laser. It falls under the category of a "low level laser" and emits non-visible light that has no heating or cutting properties. Treatment is completely painless and provides true healing power.
Soft Tissue Techniques
Soft tissue mobilization and trigger point therapy is a very important treatment utilized at Landen Chiropractic. The importance of muscles to our structural health and movement patterns must not be overlooked. Many times there is a correlation between joint and muscle dysfunction because of their close relationship to our physical being. Whether the injury is a new or old problem, our wide variety of skill and experience with different soft tissue techniques allows for personalized treatment for each patient.
Rehab/ Personal Training
Exercise rehabilitation is used at Landen Chiropractic to: 1) stretch tight muscles and 2) to strengthen weak muscles. Muscle tightness results from inactivity, altered posture and repetitive stresses. Muscle weakness may result from loss of nerve supply, lack of exercise, and poor nourishment among other reasons.
